Spunlace non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, in which the high-pressure micro water jet is sprayed onto one or more layers of fiber mesh, so that the fibers are entangled with each other, so that the fiber mesh can be strengthened and has certain strength. The fabric obtained is the spunlace non-woven fabric.
Processing principle:
The fiber mesh is sprayed with multi micro water jets produced by high pressure. After the water jet passes through the fiber mesh, it is rebounded by the drag net curtain, and then the fiber mesh is inserted again. Therefore, under the hydraulic action of high-speed water jet in different directions, the fiber in the fiber mesh will produce displacement, interpenetration, entanglement and cohesion, so as to strengthen the fiber mesh.
