These disposable surgical drapes are a split drape. Usage:

After opening the package, follow the directional markings to orient the drape depending on the area of focus, follow arrows and open the drape to each side. Next open the split, and remove the release liners to expose the adhesive strips, and wrap the tails of the drape around the operative site.
